Project Management 

TWC 536 was a group-focused class where we formed teams in the first week, setting our own meeting schedules, communication methods, and roles. Navigating different time zones and tight deadlines required us to collaborate closely, often compensating for team members' availability. 

Our class goal was to create a project applicable to each assignment. With broad guidelines, we chose to organize an event advocating for Leave No Trace in Flagstaff, AZ. We defined the problem, developed a work breakdown structure, and created a schedule and budget as if the event were to happen.
